I've read that the stack should be between 4-8 inches and it should include 4 full stacks, or about 60-100g of cutting powder. As you can tell I can use all types of cutting stacks and not just any cutting stacks. It depends on the individual bodybuilder, what he needs, and what kind of routine is most beneficial for him. I do, however, prefer to use low dose of cutting stacks in the bulk cut because I'm always doing more cutting than usual on the first cut.
